What does the Jets' current offensive line depth chart look like?

The Jets have almost completely overhauled their offensive line since this time last year. Of the 17 offensive linemen currently on the roster, only Brian Winters, Jonotthan Harrison, Chuma Edoga and Ben Braden were on the roster this time last year.

Let's try and figure out what a current depth chart might look like and who might have a chance to move up...or down.

Our best guess at the first unit, from left to right:

Mekhi Becton-Alex Lewis-Connor McGovern-Brian Winters-George Fant

-- Greg Van Roten could have a shot at winning a starting role at either guard spot;

-- If the Jets sign Larry Warford, this could lead to Brian Winters being released;

-- If the Jets sign a veteran tackle such as Jason Peters, this could bump George Fant down to the second unit, unless the Jets feel Becton isn't ready to start as a rookie.

Our best guess at the second unit from left to right:

Chuma Edoga-Josh Andrews-Jonotthan Harrison-Greg Van Roten-Conor McDermott

-- Rookie Cameron Clark will probably be on the second unit by the time we get to preseason, but presumably will have to pay some dues with the threes before he moves up;

-- McDermott could move down to make room for Clark, although it's perhaps more like that one of them would move inside, dropping Andrews or Harrison down instead;

Our best guess at the third unit from left to right:

Corbin Kaufusi-Cameron Clark-Leo Koloamatangi-Jared Hilbers-Ben Braden

-- The two players left without a spot are Brad Lundblade and Jimmy Murray, two futures signings that can play center or guard;

-- Both Clark and Hilbers played tackle in college but seem more likely to move inside at the NFL level due to Clark's athletic profile and Hilbers' lack of length;

-- Left tackle seems the most likely position for Kaufusi, the converted defensive lineman.

On the basis of this projection, the Jets probably have too many interior linemen right now, especially with Braden and McDermott listed at tackle even though they're just as likely to factor in at the guard spots.

If the Jets make another signing, Lundblade, Murray, Braden, Kaufusi and Koloamatangi will all probably be holding their breath.

Would you make any changes to this? What are you expecting to see in terms of the top two units by the end of preseason assuming the Jets intend to keep 10 offensive linemen? Will any of the four players that were here a year ago make it to opening day?
