Roster News: P Morstead returning to Jets

It looks like Thomas Morstead is back with the Jets after deputizing for the injured Braden Mann for half of the 2021 season. Per himself:

The Jets were obviously frustrated with Mann and were always likely to bring in some competition. Morstead might be a short-term fix but outperformed Mann in 2021 and his numbers with Miami last season were marginally better than Mann's.

Update: it look like the Jets may try to give Mann a fresh start elsewhere.
