Roster News: Jets waive Sterling

The Jets announced one roster move today:

We have waived TE Neal Sterling.

Sterling is the second tight end to be waived this week after Will Tye was also waived a few days ago. One of them may end up on the practice squad.

From this move, we can deduce two things. Firstly, Jalin Marshall is probably about to be activated. Secondaly, Jordan Leggett may finally be ready to make his NFL debut.
