Roster News: Jets trade LB Cashman for a future pick

The Jets have done a good job here of receiving some value for a player who probably wasn't in their plans:

The injury-prone Cashman gets his second chance with Houston, leaving last year's two draft picks to back up CJ Mosley and Quincy Williams as things stand.
