The Jets have made a couple of roster moves today. Before you ask, no, neither of these are a candidate to start at center:
We've claimed WR Xavier Ubosi and T Calvin Anderson.

In corresponding moves, we've waived WR DeAngelo Yancey and T Dieugot Joseph.

Both Anderson and Ubosi were initially picked up by New England, but waived after rookie camp.
Anderson, who played most of his college career at Rice before transferring to Texas last season, did 30 bench press reps at his pro day in March. He's only listed at 292 pounds.
Ubosi, who had modest production at UAB, has nice size at 6'3" and is another player who impressed at his pro day. He ran a 4.50 in the 40-yard dash and then had a 125-inch broad jump which would have been tied for 10th best among wideouts at the combine.
Yancey and Joseph, two players who signed futures deals at the end of the season, got a look after spending time on the practice squad and signing a futures deal at the end of the season. These both appear to be direct replacements. Yancey profiles similarly to Ubosi.
