Roster News: Jets sign TE Johnson
The Jets have made one roster move following the game at the weekend.
From the transactions wire earlier today: #Jets waived/injured LB Jimmy Ciarlo, who limped off the field Sat against Washington.

NY also signed TE Neal Johnson, who was with the Rams.
It was unbelievably unlucky that Ciarlo was hurt right before he was about to get his first defensive reps but hopefully he can revert to injured reserve and return to the team at a later date.
Johnson is also an undrafted rookie who previously spent time with the Rams. He is listed at 250 pounds and ran a 4.77 at his pro day.
He caught 101 passes in five seasons at Louisiana Lafayette, setting career marks in his final season with 30 catches and five touchdowns.
