Roster News: Jets sign LB Anthony, release S Ramirez

Another late move from the Jets on Tuesday night:

Anthony, a 27-year old former first round pick, is a great athlete who started every game in his rookie season with the Saints. However, he's failed to progress from there with just three starts and 37 tackles in the past three seasons.

Ramirez, an undrafted rookie, was always a long shot whose claim to fame is that he gave up Daniel Jones' first career touchdown pass.
