Having already announced nine futures signings last night, the Jets have added another to the mix:

The Jets signed Maher as an undrafted free agent back in 2013 but he didn't make it onto an NFL roster during regular season action until he won the Dallas job in 2018. He made over 80 percent of his field goals last year but missed 10 and lost his job this season.
Maher has made 62 and 63-yard field goals in his career and made all 36 of his extra points this season. As a result, although his made field goal percentage was worse than Sam Ficken's this year, he did make a higher percentage of all kicks (85%, compared with less than 80% for Ficken).
Ficken is a pending free agent.
