Roster News: Jets release RB De'Angelo Henderson

A corresponding move was required because the Jets are signing Ryan Griffin:

Henderson saw some action at the end of last season and had 19 yards on two carries but also lost a fumble.

This balances out the roster because the Jets had too many running backs and not enough tight ends heading into camp and Henderson did seem to be one of the most at-risk players.
