Roster News: Jets release Jones, sign Hines

Bringing things up to date with the latest transactions, some of which we already reported:

We have signed TE Neal Johnson and LB Anthony Hines.



We have released LB Jimmy Ciarlo and CB Myles Jones.

Both released players were injured with Jones already having reverted to injured reserve.

Hines comes in as a Ciarlo replacement. The 25 year old was undrafted in 2021 and is yet to make his NFL debut. He has spent time with Washington, Dallas and the Rams. He also played in the XFL and UFL with the DC Defenders for whom he racked up 63 tackles this year.
