Signing and re-signing these two veterans, who didn't need to pass through waivers, was standard practice because it temporarily allowed them to place two players who would otherwise need to pass through waivers onto injured reserve. Carter Warren and Kenny Yeboah can now be activated during the season once four games have passed.
