Roster News: Jets re-sign DL Henry Anderson
Having been spurned by Anthony Barr and seen apparent target Matt Paradis swooped up by the Panthers without much of an effort from the Jets to sign him, at last there's some good news for Jets fans as a source tells JetsFix that they've agreed terms to re-sign defensive lineman Henry Anderson. This has now also been reported by Manish Mehta of the Daily News who confirms it as a three-year deal.
Anderson, acquired for a seventh round pick during last year's draft, was tied for the team lead with seven sacks in 2018.
UPDATE: Anderson's deal is for $25.2 million over three years, with potential incentives that could push the total to $33 million, according to Mehta.
