Roster News: Jets place two on injured reserve

The Jets announced a few moves today:

We've placed T Chuma Edoga and WR Jeff Smith on IR.



In practice squad moves, we've released C Ryan Crozier and signed WR Keon Hatcher.

These moves, neither of which were particularly unexpected, leave the Jets with two open roster spots. One could perhaps be filled by John Franklin-Myers, who is already practicing with the team and could be activated from injured reserve this week.
