Roster News: Jets cut LB Vigil

Roster cuts will be made tomorrow by the 4pm deadline but we can expect some to leak out ahead of time. Here's the first:

Vigil was always a long-shot although the Jets don't have much experience beyond their two main starters. This move could be a good sign that Chazz Surratt and Zaire Barnes will both be on the 53-man roster.
