Roster News: Jets claim OL McDermott, release DL Bronson Kaufusi

The Jets have made a roster move ahead of Sunday's game:

The Jets have claimed OT Connor McDermott off of waivers from the Bills, per source.

The 26-year old is listed at 6'8" and 305 pounds and was a sixth round pick for New England in 2017. He was released in final cuts as a rookie and has been with the Bills since then, playing in eight games but starting none. He's only played 24 offensive snaps in his career.

The Jets released Bronson Kaufusi, an opening day starter, in the corresponding move.
