Roster News: Jets claim kicker Nick Rose on waivers

Despite having signed Cairo Santos as a replacement for the departing Chandler Catanzaro, the Jets expressed a desire to bring in some competition for him. It looks like they've done that:

Rose was undrafted out of Texas in 2016 and saw action in six games for Washington and two with the Chargers last season. He made 11 of 14 field goals, including a 55-yarder.
