Roster News: Jets claim DT Mack off waivers

The Jets made a roster move:

#Jets claimed DT Isaiah Mack on waivers from the Seahawks. Only spent two weeks with them. Played for the Ravens this season (30 snaps in two games). Jets are thin at IDL.

The 26-year old Mack had a promising rookie season in 2019, but hasn't played much since them. He has registered 17 tackles and 2.5 sacks in 25 career games with one start.

Mack is a good athlete who ran a sub-5.0 in the 40-yard dash at 299 pounds at his pro day. He has some potential as a pass rusher.
