Roster News: Jets claim DB Kindred, release Meander

The Jets made a move today, bringing in someone who has played for Gregg Williams in place of someone else who had also played for him:

Kindred is a 25-year old former fourth round pick with 17 starts in his three year career. He has 148 tackles and two interceptions.

Meander, who had been playing safety, had a sack in the first preseason game, but didn't get any defensive reps against Atlanta.
