The Jets are boosting their defensive back depth with the following moves:
We've signed DB Craig James, DB Tae Hayes and DB Kalon Barnes to the practice squad.

We've released OL Cedric Ogbuehi, OL Chris Glaser and DB Nehemiah Shelton from the practice squad.
James is back after being released last week and Glaser has already been released and re-added so it's pretty clear the Jets aren't necessarily losing the contact details for any guys they let go from the practice squad.
The 26-year old Hayes has played 13 NFL games for five different teams and has 16 tackles, two pass breakups and a fumble recovery. He ran a 4.56 in the 40-yard dash at the combine and has played both outside and in the slot but lacks length. He's not much of a special teamer.
Barnes is 24 and a former seventh round pick but he only played on special teams in his only two NFL appearances. He had outstanding speed and explosiveness numbers at the combine and his pro day. He has better size than Hayes but is exclusively an outside corner.
Shelton didn't really impress in preseason and Ogbuehi was perhaps just short term cover and now is seen as unnecessary with Alijah Vera-Tucker holding his own at right tackle.
