Roster News: Berrios placed on IR
Braxton Berrios was already listed as doubtful in the official injury report and they've now officially ended his season:

This doesn't make a great deal of difference because he could just have been named as inactive, but the Jets perhaps had a reason to want to free up an extra roster spot. Perhaps they will activate someone else from the Covid-19 reserve list, or sign someone on the practice squad to a deal that runs through next season.
Berrios, who is a free agent at the end of the season, ended the season with career highs in catches (46), receiving yards (431), total touchdowns (five) and kick return average (a league-leading 30.4). He would have been second in the NFL for punt return average but did not return enough punts to qualify.
