Roster News: Bernard-Converse to the active roster

The Jets made a few moves to get Giants week underway:

We've added DB Jarrick Bernard-Converse to the active roster.



Additionally, we've signed WR Lance McCutcheon to the practice squad and released S Tyreque Jones from the practice squad.

Bernard-Converse was on the PUP list all through camp and only activated for practice a few weeks ago so it will be interesting to see if they have a plan for the versatile rookie and how they plan to make room on the roster.

McCutcheon actually played in 10 games last season for the Rams as an undrafted rookie after leading the league in preseason receiving yards but didn't record a catch in regular season action. He may have some special teams value.
