In addition to the Ramirez release, some of the final cuts have already started to leak out too:
Jets have cut defensive lineman MyQuon Stout, according to a source.

And, more significantly, but not that much more surprisingly:
The #Jets have released RB Elijah McGuire, who started three games last season, source said.

For Farley to be signed at this stage would seem to suggest he'll be on the final roster. The 27-year old started 15 games in 2017 and had 98 tackles and two interceptions but didn't play much last year due to a series of injuries. He has some special teams abilities and an obvious link to assistant general manager Rex Hogan.
We'll keep you up to date with all cuts over the weekend.
