Practice Recap - 8/14/20

Media was on hand for the first time for today's practice at training camp. Here's what went down according to social media reports from those in attendance.

  • Frank Gore, Pierre Desir and Denzel Mims were among the players who did not practice;
  • Breshad Perriman, Chris Herndon and Vyncint Smith were working with the first team offense;
  • Blessuan Austin, Arthur Maulet, Bradley McDougald, Tarell Bashem and Neville Hewitt were among the players working with the first team defense;
  • Jeff Smith, Josh Malone and Braxton Berrios got work with the second unit;
  • Reserve Anthony Cioffi has been given Jamal Adams' old number;
  • An early highlight saw Quinnen Williams beat Mekhi Becton to register a tackle for loss;
  • Le'Veon Bell reportedly looked good on outside runs; and
  • Practice concluded with an uneventful 7-on-7 period.
