Practice Recap: 5/31/23

Media was on hand for the Jets' on-field OTA session today. Here's what went down according to those on hand:

• Duane Brown, Randall Cobb, Breece Hall, Bam Knight, Tyler Conklin, Mekhi Becton and Micheal Clemons were among those present but not practicing;
• Aaron Rodgers was listed as limited but only participated in some drills. He completed fade passes to Jeremy Ruckert and Zack Kuntz;
• Zach Wilson was off-target multiple times after having played well in the previous media session;
• Ruckert and Nick Bawden made multiple catches in team drills;
• Garrett Wilson bounced back from a drop with a leaping sideline catch and a sliding grab;
• UDFA running back Travis Dye got plenty of work with the first unit;
• The first unit offensive line saw Connor McGovern at center, Joe Tippman and Wes Schweitzer at guard and Adam Pankey and Max Mitchell at tackle; and
• Chris Streveler developed some good chemistry with Jerome Kapp, hitting him on an out-breaking route against Javelin Guidry in the slot and at the back of the end zone. He also hit Zack Kuntz for a touchdown in 7-on-7's.
