Postgame: Raiders 31 Jets 28
In a remarkable rollercoaster of a game, the Jets somehow blew a late lead as Henry Ruggs burned undrafted rookie cornerback Lamar Jackson for a 46-yard touchdown with five seconds remaining.
Sam Darnold had led a Jets fightback, sparked by a 200-yard rushing attack (after Frank Gore was knocked out of the game on his first carry), two Jamison Crowder touchdowns and some unexpected defensive playmaking from some dude name Javelin Guidry.
It was a rougher-than-usual day for Mekhi Becton in pass protection, as he gave up two strip sacks, but Quinnen Williams had another impactful game as the Jets are getting closer and closer to a win with four games to go.
Don't look now, but the Jaguars are headed to overtime too...
We'll be back with plenty of analysis throughout the day tomorrow so check back here early and often, but for now it's time to vent, so join us in the comments section...
