Jets move up to 36 and pick RB Hall

The Jets made a move up from 38 to 36 to get their day underway, hopefully signifying the player Joe Douglas alluded to as being still available despite being in the top 15 on their board.

With this pick, they selected Breece Hall, a back with nice size who rushed for over 3,000 yards and 41 touchdowns over the past two seasons. He ran a sub-4.4 in the 40-yard dash at the combine and caught 82 passes in his college career. Hall was the first running back to be selected.

To move up, the Jets sent a 5th round pick to the Giants. Their next pick is later today at 101.
