Injury update: Pierre-Louis set to miss Sunday's game

Assuming Pierre-Louis can't play, the Jets could simply opt to keep Neville Hewitt on the field for passing downs, but they also have the option to give some reps to new additions Emmanuel Lamur or Anthony Wint. Of the two, Lamur is probably best suited to the coverage role Pierre-Louis had been playing since Darron Lee was suspended.
Rontez Miles replaced Darryl Roberts last week when he got hurt, so presumably he will be the stand-in for this week as well, if Roberts can't make it. Terrence Brooks would be another candidate, although the Jets could also opt to take a look at Jeremy Clark in that role.
The Jets have plenty of depth at outside linebacker as they'd been platooning four or five guys every week anyway, so they shouldn't have much problem covering for Jenkins. Perhaps this could be a chance for Tarell Basham or Bronson Kaufusi to get more reps.
