Injury Update: Carter misses practice again

The second injury report of Bills week has been released:

It seems likely that Carter will miss this week's game which would presumably mean that Isaiah Oliver plays a big role again. If Mosley returns, the Jets could opt to play more base defense so that Jamien Sherwood can continue to have an influential role. However, he apparently is still dealing with some pain.
