Injury Report: Schweitzer to IR, Barnes ruled out

The final injury report of 49ers week is out:

Schweitzer has already been added to injured reserve and we can probably expect Jake Hanson to be signed to the active roster tomorrow to replace him. Sam Eguavoen will likely be a standard practice squad elevation to replace Barnes.
