Injury Report: Flacco to start on Sunday with three starting offensive linemen ruled out
The final injury report of Miami week is out:
Although he is only listed as questionable, it was confirmed this morning that White - who has five broken ribs - won't play as the team has announced that Joe Flacco will start. Zach Wilson and, assuming he gets signed to the active roster, Chris Streveler, will deputize.
On the offensive line, the Jets will have to dip into their practice squad for reinforcements. The most likely five starters will be Mike Remmers and Cedric Ogbuehi at tackle, Laken Tomlinson and Dan Feeney at guard and Connor McGovern at center. Duvernay-Tardif is also available but not expected to start, apparently.
Miami, on the other hand, confirmed that Skylar Thompson - who lost 40-17 to Zach Wilson in week five - will start for them. They need a win because they're still in postseason contention.
Lamm started in place of Armstead last week, so Greg Little will probably start with both of those doubtful.
Bridgewater could still be the number two after making good progress, but they have Mike Glennon on the practice squad if not.
Hill is going to replace Wilson on punt returns, while Howard and Chubb have made good progress this week and are expected to play.
