Injury Report: Carter ruled out, Williams a gametime decision as both miss practice again

The final injury report of Rams week is out:

The Jets will be without one of the top three cornerbacks for the third week in a row, although it may not change that much because Carter's back has limited his playing time all year. He was ninth on the team for defensive snaps in 2023 despite missing two games - this year he is 14th. Echols and Isaiah Oliver will no doubt fill in for him.

The Jets are still hopeful for Williams even though he hasn't practiced all week. Should he not be available, the Jets could activate Fotu and/or elevate Bruce Hector from the practice squad.
