Injury News: Mekhi Becton to miss 4-to-6 weeks
Another starter is headed to injured reserve:
Jets’ LT Mekhi Becton now is expected to be sidelined four to six weeks while also needing arthroscopic knee surgery to clean up damaged cartilage that he suffered during Sunday’s loss to Carolina, per source.

Becton's knee was reportedly disclocated but popped back into place when he was rolled up on during the second half of yesterday's game.
George Fant played left tackle and Morgan Moses took over on the right with Becton out and that will be the likely configuration until he returns. Chuma Edoga is also on the active roster, while Connor McDermott is eligible to come off injured reserve in week four and Isaiah Williams and Grant Hermanns are on the practice squad.
