Injury News: Jets to lose another starter for the year due to Joyner arm injury?
Another blow for the Jets:
#Jets DB Lamarcus Joyner, who exited the game with an elbow injury, suffered an apparent torn tendon in his arm that will require surgery, source said. Pending further tests, the injury likely knocks him out for the season.

Joyner, who played just nine defensive snaps yesterday, is only on a one-year deal with the team.
With him out, the immediate options available to pair with Marcus Maye at safety are Adrian Colbert, who came off the practice squad and played most of yesterday's game, Sheldrick Redwine, who got into the game ahead of Colbert but was benched when Robby Anderson burned him for the first touchdown and Jarrod Wilson, who has plenty of starting experience and is currently on the practice squad.
The other options would be for someone to change position or to bring back Bennett Jackson and add him back to the practice squad when Colbert is presumably activated.
Longer-term, the Jets have Ashtyn Davis on injured reserve so perhaps they'll expect him to step up. He's not eligible to return until week four though.
