Highlights: Spring League wraps up with more ex-Jets making their mark
The Spring League wrapped up yesterday with Johnny Manziel once again vulturing all the headlines. Manziel rushed for two first half touchdowns, but failed to lift the South team to victory as two late touchdowns iced a 34-17 win for the West.
In the match-up between the North and the East, the game was tied 3-3 at the half and 10-10 with 12 minutes to go but then the North took the lead on a pick-six by Steve Beauharnais and went on to win 27-10:

Beauharnais is a player the Jets worked out in September 2014 but opted not to sign. However a couple of actual ex-Jets made their mark in the earlier game. Lache Seastrunk was a Jet for two preseason games in 2016 but did not get any playing time because he was injured. He had a nice run:

However, it was tight end Zach Sudfeld, who also made an impression last week, who made the most noise, with this long catch and run:

Sudfeld later added this touchdown, which proved to be the winning score:

We will watch with interest to see whether anyone who excelled over the last week will get a shot in the NFL this offseason.
