GM search: Business is starting to pick up
The Jets began their interview process this week as they seek to find Mike Maccagnan's replacement. Many believe this is Joe Douglas' job to lose at this point and he moved one step closer by confirming his interview date:
Sources: Eagles VP of player personnel Joe Douglas will interview for the Jets GM job on Sunday.

Earlier in the week, George Paton once again rejected the opportunity to interview for the job.
Vikings assistant GM George Paton has declined an interview with the New York Jets for their GM job, sources tell @JonKrawczynski, @Connor_J_Hughes and me. This is the third time he has turned down an interview with the Jets. Paton will remain with the Vikings.

The other known candidates have already interviewed or are about to. These now include a fifth candidate:
The #Jets added a 5th name to their GM search: NYJ has put a request in for #Saints Director of Pro Scouting Terry Fontenot, sources say. Under-the-radar, but Fontenot has a great reputation and along with Sean Payton & Jeff Ireland, has helped NO drastically improve its roster.
