Buzz: Jets work out DB Robert Nelson
The roster for Sunday's game may not yet be 100% settled, as the Jets still seem to be weighing up some alternatives:

Despite what the tweet says, Nelson has actually played at cornerback, not safety, both last season and in preseason with the Texans. He was undrafted in 2014 and barely played in his first two seasons.
Todd Bowles' comments seemed to indicate the Jets feel they have adequate cover at safety, despite the fact just three healthy safeties are currently on the roster. If they were planning to bring someone in just in case, then they'd probably tap up someone with more pro experience at the safety position. However, maybe they are still looking for special teams contributors to fill in Rontez Miles after he was ruled out earlier today.
We'll keep you posted if there are any further moves.
