Buzz: Jets looking to trade for Tyreek Hill?

The Jets have cast a wide net this offseason in their efforts to trade for a number one receiver. Could they be on the brink of landing one?

Jets and Dolphins are in serious talks to trade for Chiefs’ WR Tyreek Hill, per league sources. Hill and Chiefs are mulling what to do but Hill’s time in KC looks like it could be coming to an end.

We gather the Jets have been determined to land a veteran star at wide receiver this year, but had run into a roadblock so far as their targets had been unavailable despite the fourth overall pick being on the table.

Hill would receive a big money extension in the deal but it may come down to where he prefers to go rather than who bids the most.

Update: Hill is headed to Miami and, for the Jets, the search continues...
