Buzz: Jets interested in Travaris Cadet
Inevitably, the Jets will be making a few moves over the next few days. Here's one possibility:
With Saints releasing running back Travaris Cadet today, league source says Jets are expected to be interested again as they were during FA

The Jets made an offer to Cadet, a 6'1" and 210 pound 28-year old back in March. There's a link here because John Morton was on the Saints' staff last year. Cadet has been a third down back type over the course of his career, as evidenced by the fact that he has more receptions (102) than rushing yards (84).
Cadet would be the third former Saints back that the Jets had signed in recent years, following Chris Ivory and Khiry Robinson.
We'll obviously scout Cadet in more detail if they sign him.
