Breaking: Sam Darnold out of Monday's game; could miss several weeks

Trevor Siemian will start on Monday night and probably the following Sunday against New England as well. Luke Falk is to be elevated from the practice squad to back him up.

It's fair to say the last week couldn't have gone much worse for the Jets, for whom Le'Veon Bell, CJ Mosley, Quinnen Williams and Demaryius Thomas all missed practice.
