Breaking: Jets trade for QB Joe Flacco

With Zach Wilson out for a few weeks, the Jets made a move for a familiar face:

Flacco, the former Super Bowl MVP, was with the Jets last season, but lost all four of his starts in relief of Sam Darnold. He hadn't seen any action yet with the Eagles.

Source confirms the Jets are bringing back QB Joe Flacco in a trade with the Eagles, as @MikeGarafolo reported. Jets are sending a conditional 6th rounder to the Eagles that can become a 5th based on playing time.

Flacco is on a one-year contact from which the Jets will be on the hook for about $600K.
