The Jets have signed former Bills tight end Tyler Kroft, according to his agent:

The 28-year old former third round pick spent the last two seasons with the Bills. His best season came with the Bengals in 2017 when he caught 42 passes for over 400 yards and seven touchdowns. However, he's been limited to 22 catches in 26 games over the last three seasons during which he's missed time due to a recurring foot injury. He's generally regarded as a decent blocker.
