We wrote about Rawls here. The Jets now have four viable running back options on the roster and will be hoping that Rawls can return to his rookie form after two years of poor statistical production.
But that's not all!

Swanson would be an interesting pick-up with the Jets looking to boost their depth behind new signing Spencer Long at center. He was the starter in Detroit the last few years, but the Lions just signed former Jets starter Wesley Johnson to replace him.
Swanson didn't grade out very well last year, albeit still better than Johnson and Jonotthan Harrison have been when starting games over the past few years. After a bad first half of the season, Swanson settled down nicely only to miss the last few games.
Ironically, in 2016, Swanson had played really well until midseason and then struggled for a few games before again missing the end of the year. After week eight, he was grading out as the third best center in the NFL, according to PFF.
We'll get you an in-depth scouting report on Rawls next month. If the Jets sign Swanson, we'll do the same for him too.
