Breaking: Jets announce coaching hires

The Jets have finally announced the coaching hires we all knew about some time ago:

The only notable confirmation here is that Bates is going to retain quarterback coach responsibilities so the Jets will apparently not look to find someone else to take on that role.

This could be seen as a sign that the Jets will consider bringing back Josh McCown regardless of what else they do at the position, so that he can contribute in that area in addition to taking his spot on the depth chart.
